Shahrukh Khan's Don 2 in trouble

The launch of the upcoming Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan's film Don 2 is said to be stuck in a copyright infringement.

The allegation of violation of copyright has emanated from other than the production house that produced the Nariman Films original movie Don starring Amitabh Bachchan in 1978, said reports.

According to Nariman movies, Excel Entertainment, directed by Farhan and Ritesh, I only had the copyright to remake the original film Don, who did so in 2006 with Don: The Chase Begins Again. The agreement for the new version expired in 2009 and was not renewed by Excel Entertainment.

Excel Entertainment has served a legal notice for violation of copyright.

It has been reported that films of Nariman will approach the courts to stop the firing of Don 2 on 23 December.
